This is the first time I've ever regretted voting for Brad Henry.

Woooo weeeee....that last paragraph's quite a doosey, ain't she?

What makes me want to repeatedly bash my head into a wall more than the law itself (I think they hit the nail on the head with "draconian"), is the inevitable beaurocracy that will come with it to decide which games fit the far reaching definition that article enumerated. But like Crystal said, I'm pretty sure every video game I've ever played, with the possible exceptions of Tetris and the activity-activity-Revolution games, fall into their inappropriate category. The courts'll tear this one apart, methinks.

its very silly.
parents should be the ones to say ya or nay. then again if the parents they have every right to. Porn is still the easiest thing to get ahold of for a kid, should they do something more about that?
